Villapark Duynopgangh. This small-scale luxury Park is located just behind the dunes at the tip of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors at the back and side of the house. The living room has an open luxuriously equipped kitchen with a dining area. Also in the living room a fireplace which is lovely to light up in the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Also on the ground floor is the lovely sauna and 2nd bathroom with rain shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2x single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. 

The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace facing south and is situated on a canal. Which is also lovely after a long day... completely unwind in a hot tub and enjoy unobstructed views of the dunes.

There is a modern beach pavilion on the beach which is open all year round for a tasty snack and/or drink.
