Our 106-square-meter, light-filled apartment was completely renovated by us in 2023 and furnished with a great deal of love. LeLa impresses not only with its central location but also with its modern and thoughtfully designed interior. A place where the whole family can feel at home

The location is ideal for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and trips to the Bavarian mountains. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town and can easily reach everything on foot from here. In addition, the apartment has two parking spaces right in front of the house.
Another highlight is the numerous bike rental shops in town and the surrounding area. So you can easily explore the area by bike, cycle along the lake, or ride up to the Kampenwand.
A restful night’s sleep is also guaranteed. The apartment is equipped with two large double beds, a queen-size bed, and a sleeper sofa. In addition, we’ve made up the beds with high-quality, hotel-grade linens. We also provide a travel cot or a safety rail for your youngest guests.
You’ll also find a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen, which we’ve outfitted not only with great appliances—such as a stove, fridge-freezer combo, and dishwasher—but also with a fully automatic coffee machine. We also provide a basic supply of groceries. To round out the cosy atmosphere, the spacious dining area seats at least eight people.
In addition, every room is equipped with a smart TV and Netflix access. Board games are also available on-site.
After an eventful day in Chiemgau, you’ll find a spacious shower and toilet in both bathrooms. We provide fresh towels for your use. For your convenience, there’s a washing machine and dryer on site.
Its location between the “Bavarian Sea” and the Chiemgau Alps makes Bernau am Chiemsee an ideal year-round starting point for all kinds of sports and recreational activities.
Explore the trails and peaks of the surrounding mountains, stop for a bite to eat at the rustic alpine huts, go on bike rides through the idyllic surroundings, enjoy water activities, whiz down into the valley on a sleigh or skis, or get your blood pumping on the cross-country ski trail—it’s just hard to sit still here.
