Cozy barnhouse with airco and fiberglass wifi near Frankfurt

Unique barnhouse of 84 m2 in the heart of the Taunus region. Built in 1900 the house offers all modern comfort but takes you back 100 years at the same time. Leave your car on the private parking spot and start your tour of Frankfurt and surroundings.

Where you stay
The house is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including coffee maker, water cooker, oven and microwave. The two bedrooms fit a total of 4 and are both equipped with air conditioning and blinds to darken the room. The house has a glass fibre wifi connection. In the cellar you will find a soccor table and darts game.

Just meters way from the house you will find a bakery, ice cream parlor, pharmacist, doctors, vegetable store and several restaurants. Ca. 900 mts away there is a supermarket (REWE).

Bad Soden city centre and the train station are reachable by car in 2 min or by bus in 5 min (bus stop very close by). Here you will find more shops and restaurants. Visit the famous Hundertwasserhaus or take a stroll in one of the many parks. The Main Taunus Shopping centre with over 170 shops can be reached by car / bus in 10 min.

Romanic getaway

Instead of in an anonymous hotel room you have an entire house, elegant, with much attention to details.This is a great place for receiving guests. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. I like stairs but if you don’t, this charming house is not for you.

Ferienhaus, Ausstattung und Lage sind wirklich sehr gut.Für uns alles 'Wichtige' (einkaufen, Restaurants, …) nicht weit weg.Weg zB zum Stadion (Deutsche Bank Park) mit dem Auto ca 25 Minuten.In der Wohnung alles da, was gebraucht wird. Und das Haus selbst wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und bestimmt hohem Aufwand ausgebaut und eingerichtet.Falls jemand zB Höhenangst hat, nicht gut zu Fuß ist oä: Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern könnte da eine Herausforderung sein ;)Als wir ankamen war es im Haus sehr warm (geschätzt knapp 30 Grad). Es waren die heißesten Tage im Jahr und das frei stehende Haus hatte sich dadurch wohl ordentlich aufgeheizt. Durch die folgenden kühleren Nächte wurde es wieder besser. In den Schlafzimmern sind auch Klimaanlagen.
