2 miles from State Capitol building. Three neighborhood parks including a ravine Greenway. Walking distance to shopping center, grocery store and mall. 1 hour or less from the coast. Beautiful rivers nearby. This mother-in-law suite is attached to the main house. the main house includes two large, friendly dogs. Occasionally the dogs are in the backyard.

Why they chose this property

It's a quiet street, yet the neighbors are out walking every day. It is so green with plenty of older trees. The neighborhood creek is a favorite little, nestled in a ravine, going through the entire length of the neighborhood. It's spring fed with a 3 mile loop nature trail.

What makes this property unique

The location is fantastic! It's so close to everything. But the way it's nestled among the trees, it's hard to believe that almost in downtown.
