This beautiful, newly renovated 2-room apartment with a balcony is located right next to the Grömitz spa park, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

Ideally located near the spa park and beach, this cosy 2-room apartment with a south-west-facing balcony on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment features a modern living area with a sofa set, sideboard, radio, TV, and a large box-spring bed.
The open kitchen, integrated into the living room, is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all standard appliances. A dining area is also available.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The shower room is bright and inviting.
On the balcony, you can relax in the cosy hanging chair and enjoy meals together at the patio table.

War bereits das 2x in der Fewo. Nun wurde sie saniert und vieles neu gemacht. TOP Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Strand und Stadt. Das einzige Manko ist das Bewegen der Fahrräder aus dem Keller, ist sehr schwer. Sollte mal überdacht werden, damit es einfacher geht.
