Attic apartment with a separate entrance, fully furnished and modern (KfW 55-certified house, radiant floor heating, roller shutters and fly screens on all windows, new construction in 2023) Hallway with shoe rack and coat rack Living-kitchen-dining area with a couch, coffee table, and ottoman; dining table with four chairs Fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, cookware, oven, etc.) Bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, and bedding included; bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, shelf, towel rack, and towels included; parking space in front of the house with charging station for electric cars available (billed separately). Please note: the outdoor areas are currently under construction. Any restrictions are purely cosmetic.
