The apartment features two bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa bed. The first bedroom has two separate single beds arranged in a bunk-style configuration, ideal for two guests who prefer not to share a bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates one or two additional guests, for a total of six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop and a fridge/freezer, for those who prefer to cook between visits or on race days. There is one bathroom (not en suite), with a bathtub and shower. Access is on the ground floor—no stairs upon arrival, making it convenient for luggage.

This is a private and quiet home, not a hotel—designed for travellers who value discretion, location, and space over standard hotel services.

Ideal for the 2026 Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix (Madrid, September 11–13): a 3-night stay in the heart of the historic centre, within walking distance of the main attractions, as a base for the race weekend.

Logement très bien situé. L’arrivée et le départ se sont faits de manière simple et fluide avec l’hôte.En revanche, nous avons été déçus par la propreté du logement. Le canapé était très sale, avec de nombreuses taches.L’aspirateur ne semblait pas avoir été passé, il y avait des cheveux, des miettes et diverses saletés au sol. Dans le four, il restait également de la nourriture, notamment du riz.Enfin, l’appartement sentait très fortement la cigarette, avec une odeur imprégnée qui laissait clairement penser que des personnes avaient beaucoup fumé auparavant.La localisation et la facilité des échanges avec l’hôte sont appréciables, mais un réel effort sur le ménage et la propreté serait nécessaire !
