NoMad Latina Loft I apartment in Madrid
Located in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Latina, one of the most popular in Madrid, both for its lively social life and its numerous cultural offerings of undeniable tourist interest. Packed with restaurants with a varied offer of typical Madrid and Spanish food, some centenary and of great gastronomic quality, it also offers, just a few minutes away on foot, such famous and must-visit places as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral or a long list of museums, cinemas, theatres and emblematic and representative monuments of our city.
The Apartment:
The NoMad Loft 1 apartment is located in a typical 1950s building of which only its facade has been preserved, to offer you all the comforts of the most modern building. All apartments in the building have air conditioning in all their spaces.
Magnificent 80 m2 loft-style apartment recently completely renovated consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, both with magnificent built-in showers. It features a spacious and modern living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all appliances. It also has a private 12 m2 patio that provides the flat with extraordinary luminosity and charm.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
