The vacation home stands separately on the owner's 1500 square meter residential property within a small housing estate on the edge of a nature reserve. The bathing area on Lake Plau is only approx. 300 m away.

The vacation home is equipped with a living/dining room (upholstered furniture, dining area, satellite TV, radio), 2 bedrooms via a spiral staircase (2 beds each), a fitted kitchen, shower/WC and central heating. There is also a furnished terrace with barbecue, parking space and campfire site as well as a sauna (from April), rental bicycles and W-LAN available for a fee. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, laundry package (if desired), bicycles (if desired) 15 EUR/bike/stay, W-LAN 8 EUR.

The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a resort. At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Bathing beaches, boat and bicycle hire, a diving and sailing school, climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also an old town worth seeing with numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
