Situated right on the edge of the forest and just a few minutes' walk from Malchow lido, this separate holiday apartment for up to 2 adults and 1 child is located on the ground floor of the owner's house within a residential estate on a fully fenced plot of approx. 1,100 m². Shopping facilities and restaurants are within easy reach, the town centre is approx. 1.5 km away.

Completely renovated to a high standard in 2021, the apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. 36 sqm non-smoking flat has a kitchen-living room (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV, dining table) with a complete kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed), a large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer), a hallway and a hallway in the entrance area.There are also several seating areas in the garden - one of which is covered, sun loungers, a barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a high chair and free WiFi. In addition, two bicycles and two stand-up paddle boards can be used free of charge and, in consultation with the owners, their sauna can be used for a fee. A berth for a kayak/canoe can be provided on request.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
