The six non-smoking vacation apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located separately on the first floor or upper floor of an apartment building in a central location. There is also a vacation home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn train station are all within a radius of around 500 m.
The small one-room apartment for 2 persons is located on the first floor. It is equipped with a combined living area with an open kitchenette (seating and dining area, flat-screen TV, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a sleeping alcove with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. A sitting area has been set up in the entrance area for the apartment on the first floor. Alternatively, there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities on the 820 m² property. There is also a storage area for bicycles and a parking space. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available.
The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels must be brought along. In the Ostseebad Kölpinsee a visitor's tax is payable (to be paid on site) and pets are not allowed in this property.

The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. There are also restaurants and shops, a riding stables and bicycle, boat and beach chair hire in the village.
