One of two modern and tastefully furnished, ground-floor holiday apartments, quietly located at the entrance to Poseritz, in an apartment building completely renovated in 2021. An inn is only a few minutes' walk away, a farm shop for natural dairy products is approx. 1.2 km away and the nearest supermarket is approx. 6 km away.
This high-quality non-smoking flat with separate entrance and underfloor heating is approx. 27 m² in size and suitable for 2 persons.
It has a large living room (upholstered corner, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio) with open-plan kitchen area (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) and bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC) and a furnished terrace. There is also a car parking space, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room, bicycles for hire, a communal washing machine and free Wi-Fi.
The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. One small dog up to 40 cm in size is allowed in this accommodation.
Poseritz is a village in a rural setting in the southern part of the island of Rügen and can be reached quickly via the impressive Rügen Bridge. In the village, which has retained a certain originality and tranquillity, there is an inn and a farm shop for natural dairy products. The nearest supermarket is in Garz, approx. 6 km away. The region is easy to explore by bike, with a popular cycle path towards Bergen running right on the edge of the village. Swimming and fishing opportunities can be found on the Strelasund, approx. 7 km away. The long sandy beaches around Binz can be reached in half an hour by car, and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its shopping facilities, restaurants and many attractions, such as the Oceaneum, the Oceanographic Museum, the Hansedom bathing paradise and the zoo, is only approx. 15 km away.
