This modern maisonette apartment (1st floor and attic) offers 57 m² of space for up to 4 guests. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area leads to a balcony, perfect for relaxing. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed adjacent to the living area. In the open attic, you'll find a sleeping area with two single beds. The spacious kitchen features an induction hob (4 rings), oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, fridge with freezer, and a dining area with 4 chairs. The living area has a large LCD TV with German channels. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The modern bathroom with natural light includes a shower. One free parking space per apartment is provided. A linen package with bed linen, hand and bath towels, and tea towels is available for an additional charge.

Restaurants, leisure and shopping facilities such as the pier and an adventure village are within walking distance. The beach is only 550 m away. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Dogs are only allowed upon prior request and for a fee. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. as well as all day on Sundays must be observed. Only the guests specified in the reservation are permitted on the property. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Two bicycles (subject to availability) are provided for a fee. After booking, please fill out the contact form sent to you by email completely and provide your address to optimally prepare your stay.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Sie liegt relativ zentral. Strand, Seebrücke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für unseren Teeny hätte das W-LAN besser sein können

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für Pärchen gut geeignet, jedoch niemals für Familien mit Kinder. Cons: "Herzlich willkommen in unserer sehr ruhigen Ferienwohnung", so wurden wir am Tag unserer Anreise begrüßt und mir war zu diesem Augenblick klar, dass das mit 2 Kleinkindern nicht möglich sein wird. Es dauerte nicht lange bis mein Gefühl recht behielt. Unser kleiner 2 Jahre hat am 2 Abend noch etwas in der Ferienwohnung gespielt, dieses spielen wurde mit einem klopfen an die Decke von der Vermieterin unterbrochen. 2 Tage später dann das unangenehme Duschen unseres Sohnes. Daraufhin wurden wir angesprochen das wir zu laut seien und sie so etwas noch nie erlebt habe. Unser Urlaub wurde ab dem Zeitpunkt in der Stimmung getrübt. Die Dachfenster konnten nicht abgedunkelt werden, sodass wir uns mit Shirts und Handtücher abhilfe schaffen mussten. Die Wohnung roch immer wieder nach Zigarettenrauch der von der unteren Wohnung hochzog, auch das Babybett roch stark nach Rauch. Der Balkon ist ein breiterer Treppenaufgang, der nicht gesichert werden konnte.
