The vacation home, modernized in 2016, is located with another vacation home (DZV462) and a residential house on a 1500 sqm plot in a central location, just a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. The village center with tourist information, cycling and hiking trails, restaurants and shopping facilities are only about 250 m away. The vacation home extends over two living levels (raised and lower first floor). Both levels have a separate entrance. On the mezzanine floor is the living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD, dining table for 8 people) with open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances). ), a bedroom (double bed, sitting area, crib) and a bathroom with bath and shower. In the basement there are 3 further bedrooms (each with double bed, 1 x crib) and a shower/WC. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, bicycle shed, sun loungers and a parking space. For children there are cribs, a high chair, various toys and a small children's playground outside. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. The Ostseebad Trassenheide is subject to visitor's tax.

Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterized by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
