The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained, spacious holiday complex in the centre of Neddesitz—in the municipality of Sagard—and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany’s largest island!
The resort offers a wide range of recreational and sports activities.
The swimming pool is just a few steps away. There, you’ll find fun and relaxation in the spacious pool area with a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area, and a large beauty and wellness area! Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price!

The holiday apartment measures approximately 51 square metres and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home. The two-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with a cosy sofa area and an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony with a beach chair and patio furniture.

The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers room for two additional guests to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed. In addition to a sofa area, there is a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Other kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, part of the standard equipment!
Large floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the balcony. Spend many sunny hours here enjoying the magnificent view of the surrounding greenery.
The natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet is bright and modern. 
Wi-Fi is free in the apartment; you simply need to ask for a code at the hotel complex’s front desk upon arrival. If you’d like to sit down to a set breakfast table during your holiday, that’s no problem either! You can book a full breakfast on-site at the hotel.
Of course, a free parking space is available in front of the building.
