Sehr gute Lage, aber Service mangelhaft

Die Wiederbeschaffung eines abhanden gekommenden Sonnenschirms dauerte unseren ganzen Urlaub an. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass die Küchenschränke und der Kühlschrank nach den letzten Mietern wahrscheinlich nicht gereinigt wurden.Auch der Garten macht leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck.Dass die Besitzerin nur Spanisch spricht, was für uns am Telefon gar nicht verständlich war und vor Ort nach Wiederholung(en) von uns verstanden wurde, sehe ich als problematisch an. Englisch oder gar Deutsch wurde überhaupt nicht verstanden.Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam die Besitzerin erst nach einer SMS und einem 2. Telefonat. Der Bungalow hat keinen direkten Zugang von der Straße, sondern über das Gelände der Anlage La Villa und damit für Ortsfremde schwer auffindbar. Eine Lageskizze wäre bestimmt hilfreich gewesen. Schade, dass die sehr gute Lage dadurch beeinträchtigt wurde.
