The place was overall clean and staff friendly, however we had issues that the front desk and maintenance only partially resolved for us. A big factor in booking this particular place was the jacuzzi. Upon check in, we quickly realized that our “ground” unit was not like the pictures on VRBO and if we knew this likely would have swayed our decision on the place (something I think the listing should make more clear). The jacuzzi bath was clogged (maintenance able to resolve that) and the jets/unit didn’t work. Maintenance told us someone would come the following day to fix jacuzzi but it never happened. This is picky but the bathroom also had missing doors on the vanity, holes and was in rough shape. Again, something we didn’t expect for the price we paid. Just a big disappoint overall for the cost.On the plus side, the view was great despite being a ground unit so there’s at least that!
