The holiday homes are located in a quiet side street in the village of Dorf, close to the beach crossing to the south beach.
The garden plot with old fruit trees covers 930 sqm and is used as a communal garden. There are two houses on the property, the front building Diek 21 and in the back house are three holiday apartments Lüttje Diek 21, Diek 21 Noord, Diek 21 Süüd, which are also rented.

To the side of the houses are the parking areas for the tenants' cars, there is a parking area for bicycles in the garden shed.
