The holiday home is located in the "von-Herwarth-Straße" area of beautiful Großenbrode. It’s right next to the harbours of Großenbrode—just a 150-meter walk away, and you can immerse yourself in the harbour atmosphere. Here, you can buy fish straight off the boat or watch the “Hafenkino” while enjoying a delicious meal and a cold drink. Speaking of fresh fish, your hosts run a Baltic Sea fishing business. Here you can see what’s been caught, or you can order the catch ready to cook for dinner. In this quiet area of the Baltic Sea spa town, you can relax in peace in the holiday home or on your terrace after a day at the beach or a long walk. About 1,500 metres away, you can reach the South Beach and the newly redesigned promenade—complete with a pier and jetty—by bike or on foot via the nature trail. Here you’ll find numerous restaurants and inviting shops to browse.

Water sports are available on the entire tranquil inland lake, which is just a leisurely 150 m away. Want to bring your own boat? No problem—a parking space is available at the holiday rental, the boat ramp is 150 m away, and a crane is 200 m away. We’d be happy to arrange a mooring for you with the harbour master during your stay. Do you want to go surfing, kitesurfing, or bring your SUP? A lockable equipment shed is available for your use, where you can store everything safely and dry. Anglers can get fishing tips directly from your host; his many years of experience (over 50 years) as a fisherman and angler will help you with your holiday catch. In addition to a spacious parking area, the holiday home also offers lockable, private
bike sheds where you can charge the batteries of your e-bikes. The electricity for the entire holiday home is produced sustainably by the property’s own photovoltaic system and stored in a battery.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the outdoor area. The holiday home and apartments are rented out with final cleaning, bed linens, and towels included. A cot and high chairs are available upon request.

bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large closet, a chest of drawers, and an additional TV with satellite reception. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment offers you “harmony” across approximately 80 square metres; the outdoor area is spacious and inviting.
