'Baltic Sea residence 2'. Our dream apartment is unique, both in architecture and in interior decoration.

This extensive, luxurious holiday home promises you an experience for the entire family.
Equipped the apartment with many features that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
A pet can be booked for an additional charge.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, are outfitted each a spacious wardrobe and a TV. Thanks to the noble box spring beds, which guarantees best quality of sleep using a new undercarriage and a comfortable seven-zone cold foam mattress, you have enough space to sleep peacefully and dreaming to float away. Both box springs need sheets in the size of 200x200 cm.

After night gathered sufficient strength for the day, offers the modern, superbly appointed kitchen, which leaves you with great culinary space, a good opportunity to create a tasty breakfast, which is subsequently eaten in the sunshine on the attractive wooden terrace with breathtaking sea views can be.
Furthermore you have the possibility to apply at an inviting, high quality bistro table a sumptuous meal for family and new acquaintances. Other features of our holiday apartment is for cool drinking pleasure a beer dispenser "Perfect Draft".

In the comfortable living room you can relax on a comfortable leather sofa in front of a crackling fire.

A unique wellness pleasure allows the incredible spa, allowing you to relax together countless hours by candlelight in the whirlpool or in the soothing sauna.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Strand, mit Meerblick wenn man groß genug ist. Relativ neu und gute Ausstattung. Zugehöriger Strandkorb ist äußerst praktisch. Wohnung war nicht gereinigt als wir ankamen, das wurde aber innerhalb von vier Stunden nachgeholt. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Es war super schön…

Es war ein toller Urlaub und die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut … Es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können … es war oberflächlich sauber aber so neben dem Schrank oder Sofa musste man nochmal nacharbeiten… zum Glück gab es einen guten Staubsauger. Alles in allem gerne wieder… wir wollen nochmal kommen.

one item off my bucket list

die anreise etwas muehsam (STR HAM hotel am airport, leihwagen) ... und dann waren wir zu frueh da. also zur 'bruecke' und was essen. dann ... begeistert von der wohnung. man koennte sie grad kaufen. leider hab ich das meer WIEDER nicht vom bett gesehen. wir haben viel gelacht, gespielt, carlotta (31) hat LA trainiert, matthes (26) hat fotografiert und valentin (28)hat die spielluecken gefuellt. und die omeme hat bier pong erlernt. war schoen! und dann wurde die omeme nach bad doberan zur reha gebracht. und das wetter fiel um!die 4 waldenbucher

Einziger Kritikpunkt:Im Winter ist die Regulierung der Heizung schwierig, da es keine Raumthermostate für die einzelnen Zimmer gibt, das muss umständlich über die Durchflussmengebegrenzer im Heizkreisverteiler gemacht werden.

2 Wochen in Großenbrode

Wir waren über die Jahreswende in Großenbrode in der Ostseeresidenz mit Hund Taya in Urlaub. Ferienwohnung war sehr schön gelegen, direkt an der Promenade und Strand. Ausstattung der FEW war sehr gut und schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl in ihr gefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, sauber hat funktioniert. Beim Check in gab es ein kleines Problem, die bestellte Bettwäsche fehlte. Dies konnte jedoch nach Nachfrage und Telefonat schnell zur Zufriedenheit geregelt werden. Stand sehr schön, weitläufig und gepflegt. Restaurants in der Nähe und ok. Wir würden wiederkommen.Reiner

Besser geht immer, schlechter aber auch.

Große und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Ostsee ist von der Terrasse aus, durch den Bewuchs auf dem Deich, leider nicht mehr ganz so gut zu sehen. Und wir hätten uns die Wohnung etwas sauberer gewünscht. Auf den ersten Blick soweit gut, doch bei genauerem hinsehen, eben nicht tipptopp. Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern, haben wir leider auch vermisst. Trotz allem, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Größe, die Einrichtung und die Lage haben auf jeden Fall überwogen. Morgens, haben wir die Sonne auf der großen Terrasse, zum Frühstück sehr genossen und Nachmittags den eigenen Strandkorb am Strand.

Weltklasse

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast. Die sehr große und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung ist „vom obersten Regal“, also super. Eine hochwertige, voll ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Bierzapfanlage, alles da. Mega geplante Terrasse, wo wir morgens bei Sonnenaufgang unseren leckeren Kaffee schlürften. Drei Fernseher in drei Räumen, eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir konnten entspannen und genießen. Auch der eigene Strandkorb rundete die Top-Qualität der Wohnung ab.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Luxusgefühl

Die Wohnung ist wirklich klasse und versprüht viel Luxus der einem den Urlaub noch angenehmer macht. Der Blick aus dem Fenster direkt auf die Promenade ist super und in nicht mal 3 Minuten ist man am Strand. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, wenn der Urlaub nicht so schnell vorbei gewesen wäre.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Winterurlaub an der Ostsee

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft hat uns für eine Woche das zu Hause ersetzt, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause gefühlt, die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen wer hier meckert jammert auf hohem Niveau.
