Our cottage is located beautifully and very quiet in the midst of old pine and eucalyptus trees in a well-tended residence.
The cottage offers stunning sea views from the balcony and its garden terrace towards the bay of Cavalaire-sur-mer and Bay de BonPorteau.

The secured resort offers 2 tennis courts and a large 25m swimming pool together with a separate children's pool.

Within walking distance in 10 to 15 minutes from the center and harbor of Cavalaire.

Surrounding villages like Saint Tropez 16km, Port Grimaud 14km, Le Lavandou 20km, Cannes 80km and Nice 110km offer unforgettable trips.

Un séjour parfait dans un très beau cadre

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très agréable, bien décorée, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Elle est en plus bien située. Entre plage et piscine, avec les enfants, notre séjour était parfait!

La résidence et le logement sont bien mais les équipements ne sont pas en rapport avec le prix de la prestation TV en allemand seulement frigo à changer idem pour la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain

Super schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben das Haus und die Stadt Cavalaire sehr genossen. Tolle Ausstattung, super Lage zum Strand und eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir hier Gast sein durften!

Sehr nette Unterkunft in älterer Anlage

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und in Ordnung, der Blick aufs Wasser von der Ostterrasse super. Die Wohnanlage selber, insbesondere der Pool, ist in die Jahre gekommen und bietet einen unschönen Anblick mit losen Fliesen und ohne Sonnenliegen. Dort müsste dringend etwas gemacht werden. Der Hausmeister spricht deutsch und ist nett, die Badestelle ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus!!!

Wir verbrachten 2 traumhafte Wochen im maison 32! Ein wirklich liebevoll, provencalisch eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man für schöne Ferien braucht: Eine kleine Landhausküche, ein helles, gemütliches Wohnzimmer von dem man auf die Terrasse und den Garten blickt. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, ausserdem gibt es Sonnenliegen, Schirme, eine Waschmaschine, TV, eine kleine Bücherbibliothek & Restaurant-& Ausflugstipps. In der oberen Etage, in der auch der Eingang liegt, gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, zu dem großen gehört ein Balkon, von dem man eine quasi 180 Grad Sicht aufs Meer hat. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl! Frühstück mit Meerblick, dann die Qual der Wahl an welchen der schönen Strände man fährt: Hauptstrand von Cavalaire, nach Gigaro, Rayol oder doch Pamplone? Ruhe oder lieber jetset im beachclub? Dann ein salade chevre chaud in einem Resto direkt am Wasser...später eine Runde Tennis oder noch eine Bahn im Pool...oder doch lieber nochmal zur kleinen Bucht laufen und das herrliche Licht genießen? Dann ein Schluck Rose und des olives im Abendlicht...und zum diner nach Gassin, Ramatuelle oder nach St. Tropez...oder einfach an den Hafen in Cavalaire. Es ist alles so echt, so französisch und hat Atmosphere! Und in der Anlage und dem schönen Häuschen auf dem Berge ist es herrlich ruhig und kühl. Ein Traum...wir kommen wieder!
