This holiday home in Kölpinsee, newly built in 1999, is located in a quiet area close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the magnificent Baltic Sea beach on the sunny island of Usedom.
In addition to beautiful holiday apartments, the house offers parking spaces on the property, a lockable storage room for your bicycles, as well as terraces and balconies.

This cosy 3-room attic apartment extends a warm welcome to you. You’ll immediately feel right at home in this dream apartment. The cosy furnishings, the comfortable sleeping arrangements spread across two bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchenette leave nothing to be desired.

Spanning 55 square metres, the apartment features a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small entryway. In the two bedrooms, you’ll find a double bed and two single beds (sofa beds) for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom with the single sofa beds features an additional TV. As a result, this room is often used as a quiet retreat for children travelling with you.
The bathroom, featuring a new walk-in shower and a washing machine, is very bright thanks to the window.

The balcony adjoining the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast together, sunbathe, or wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. During your stay, you can use the free Wi-Fi connection to stay up to date or share your Usedom photos with loved ones.
