It is situated on the outskirts of Haltern am See. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the charming town centre. The shore of the reservoir is about 2.1 km away. Beautiful biking and hiking trails explore the area around the lakes. The Silbersee and the Ketteler Hof family amusement park are easily accessible by bike. On days with inclement weather, the LWL Roman Museum and the Aquarell water park are great options.
Quiet, nicely furnished studio apartment on the top floor of a single-family home (2nd floor) with a balcony, patio furniture, and a beautiful view of nature. It features a spacious living/bedroom with an open kitchen that is fully equipped—including a dishwasher and microwave—and a separate bedroom with a double bed. There is also a dining area, satellite TV, a radio, and a parking space right next to the house. The entrance to the apartment is through the landlord’s stairwell.
