This lovingly furnished vacation rental is ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers who want to spend an unforgettable time in the mountains. With a size of 50 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to four people. The well-maintained apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. The living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and dining area, is perfect for relaxing. The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. These include a 4-burner stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Another highlight of the vacation rental is the covered balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Here you can relax with a glass of wine or enjoy the fresh mountain air. The Scheffmannlehen, located just above the picturesque Alpine village of Ramsau, is a true paradise for hikers and cyclists—countless trails invite you to explore the national park, the Ramsau alpine pasture region, or the crystal-clear Hintersee. For our winter guests, there’s a cross-country ski trail about a 5-minute drive away, as well as the Hochschwarzeck family ski area.

Enjoy your vacation in one of our three vacation apartments, which offer authentic Bavarian coziness and were partially renovated in 2024.

Wir haben festgestellt das es eine Seltenheit geworden ist so eine Unterkunft, wie wir sie hier erleben durften, zubekommen. Die Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung sind liebenswerte und so Herzliche Menschen. Unser Urlaub dort war einfach Traumhaft schön, wir würden mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und blitzsauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und sämtliches Geschirr sowie alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns auch der schöne Balkon gefallen, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Die gesamte Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sogar noch schöner als erwartet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Man merkt, dass sie mit viel Herz Gastgeber sind. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit super Blick auf die Berge

Unser Aufenthalt war klasse! Es ist super ruhig, Lage am Hang ist super. Direkt in der Natur. Außerdem: Tolle Küche mit Eckbank, Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und Riesen TV.
