Welcome to Ebermannstadt!
Our holiday rental measures 68 square metres plus a 12-square-meter terrace and is suitable for people with mobility impairments thanks to its ground-level, barrier-free access.
Enjoy breakfast to start your day or an evening barbecue on our beautiful, covered garden terrace with a lawn for sunbathing. We’re also happy to provide sun loungers for you to relax on after an active day. During your stay, free Wi-Fi is available for your personal devices. Parking is available right in front of the apartment.
We provide you with like-new, well-maintained bicycles that you can use to tackle the mountains of Franconia—or simply enjoy the valleys. If you bring your own bikes, a lockable storage area with its own charging station is available for your use.
We look forward to welcoming you and are happy to provide local tips for a varied and relaxing stay.

Klaus Holiday Rental:
Our apartment is designed for two adults.
For your little one, we’re happy to provide a rollaway bed, including a mattress. We’re happy to provide additional support for our very young guests, such as a high chair, baby bathtub, toys, etc. Unfortunately, out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets must stay at home. We kindly ask smokers not to smoke inside the apartment.
Bedding is gestellt.In the newly renovated rooms, you’ll find a walk-in shower. A hair dryer, as well as bath and hand towels, are provided.
In our fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find:
- Refrigerator,
- Oven,
- Microwave,
- Stove with glass-ceramic cooktop,
- Dishwasher,
- Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
- Tea towels and table linens
The room, which has direct access to the terrace, includes
- TV/satellite system,
- DVD player, VCR,
- CD/radio system
- Holiday reading material
The apartment has central heating. On cold days, you can use the built-in wood-burning stove to provide cosy warmth. An ironing set and a clothes drying rack are also provided.
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
