Wake up to the sound of the Pacific in this fully remodeled, top-floor oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo. Everything is new and thoughtfully designed to balance modern coastal style, comfort, and convenience, with A/C throughout.

PANORAMIC OCEANFRONT LIVING

Expansive sliding glass doors span the living area and primary bedroom and open wide to the private lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space with panoramic Pacific views.

Start your morning with Kona coffee while watching surfers at the Banyans surf break below. Relax in the rocking chair with its ottoman, or enjoy dinner at the lanai table as the sun sets over the ocean. Sea turtles frequent the shoreline and tide pools below, and you may also spot spinner dolphins offshore and humpback whales during winter whale season.

COMPLETELY REMODELED FOR COMFORT

We designed the condo as a home we would want to live in ourselves—beautiful, comfortable, functional, and easy to enjoy.

The newly remodeled kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home. Both full bathrooms have been completely rebuilt as modern, spa-inspired spaces, with a bidet seat in the primary bath. USB and USB-C charging outlets are conveniently located throughout the condo.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided for your island adventures.

A CONVENIENT KONA LOCATION

Located directly on the ocean along Aliʻi Drive, Kona Bali Kai puts you close to beaches, snorkeling, dining, shopping, and downtown Kailua-Kona.

A small local farmers market is just a 2-minute walk away, perfect for picking up fresh fruit and local treats. Magic Sands Beach is about one mile away, while Kahaluʻu Beach Park, known for snorkeling, and downtown Kailua-Kona are both a short drive away. A bus stop across the street offers another convenient way to explore Aliʻi Drive.

Come home after a day of exploring, open the lanai doors, listen to the waves, and enjoy another beautiful Kona sunset.

Double-check for belongings, chargers and medications, as retrieving and mailing forgotten items from the island can be difficult for us.
Close and secure the lanai doors. Turn off A/C, fans and electronics. Leave the pool Fobs. Mahalo for taking care of our Kona home!

Newly remodeled condo was beautiful and had amazing views! Beds were comfortable, and condo was clean and inviting. Easy check-in and great communication from host. We didn't want to leave!

We fell in love with the Big Island five years ago, and Kona became especially meaningful to us when we celebrated our wedding here.

This condo is our dream home and a place we hope to spend much more time in after we retire. Until then, we’re happy to share it with you and hope it becomes a special part of your Big Island memories, too.

Why they chose this property

We love this stretch of Aliʻi Drive—close to town, beaches, dining and shopping, yet right on the Pacific. Our favorite routine is running into town for an açaí bowl, then coming home to the waves, surfers, turtles and beautiful Kona sunsets. In winter, we also love watching for whales and spinner dolphins offshore.
