Leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy your stay in my newly built and lovingly furnished house, which, nestled among the Berchtesgaden mountains, invites you to an unforgettable holiday. The house (set to open in summer 2024) includes my own apartment on the ground floor as well as three holiday apartments. On the ground floor, there are two holiday apartments, each accommodating two people (with the option of adding a sleeper sofa or travel cot), featuring a panoramic balcony and everything your heart desires. On the second floor is a large holiday apartment with two bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa and/or travel cot available). All three apartments feature a large balcony with mountain views, perfect for enjoying a cosy cup of coffee or a nightcap after an eventful day. Each apartment is unique and filled with little treats. One impresses with its breathtaking mountain view from the bedroom—another with a bathtub for relaxation—and the third with its charm. You can park right at the house and, depending on your preference, use the bus stop 500 metres away or set out to explore the beautiful countryside on foot or by bike along the countless trails.

A spacious kitchen-diner with a dining area and a cosy lounge invite you to relax and unwind.

My house stands out for its quiet yet central location in Oberschönau. Whether it’s a restaurant, a bus stop, or hiking trails—you can reach many places on foot in just a few minutes if you wish. The Berchtesgadener Land offers a wide variety of excursion options—there’s something for every taste., Whether it’s taking a boat ride on Lake Königssee, visiting the Kehlstein or the salt mine, a trip up the Jenner, or countless hiking and touring options in the surrounding mountains, there’s something for everyone here.
