The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is spread over 2 levels and is located on the top floor of a 3-family house. It is a quiet and sunny location about 1 km from the lake. In the immediate vicinity are a bar, a church and a restaurant, where the traditional Italian and local cuisine is reinterpreted. Of great recreation value is the nature reserve SS. Trinità just 1 km above. There are many hiking trails, a fitness trail and an idyllic restaurant with a generous outdoor area. The spacious non-smoking apartment has a living space of approx. 95 m² as well as a large, covered terrace of approx. 30 m² and a small balcony of approx. 6 m². From the inside as well as from the outside you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the opposite mountains. Especially the charming terrace is an excellent way to get away from everyday life, recharge the batteries and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. For your personal comfort, a. A dishwasher and a washing machine. Free parking is available around 30 m away. Clean and Beautiful

The renovated apartment is on the top floor and has beautiful lake views from the living/dining area. There are several flights of stairs to reach the top floor, but definitely worth the climb! We really appreciated the quiet A/C in the living/dining during the heat wave! The place was extremely clean (immaculate!) and beds were comfortable with crisp clean linens. The host was super responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay in Ghiffa!

Wir haben uns im Appartemente Ronco sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Paare und als kleiner Tip, um es etwas angenehmer zu machen....wäre ein zweiter Kleiderschrank oder eine stabile Möglichkeit im 2. Schlafzimmer um etwas aufzuhängen. Kleider etc. hören auf einen Bügel und der Kleiderständer war recht wackelig. Auch wenn der Platz begrenzt ist, wäre das sehr schön. Und in der Küche könnte man mal neues Geschirr anschaffen, das war schon sehr abgenutzt und auch nicht mehr vollständig. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Service von Lago Reisen. Kann ich wirklich weiter empfehlen. Der Urlaub war einfach unglaublich schön und der Ausblick von der Terrasse....ein Traum. Vielen Dank für diese Unterkunft. Liebe Grüße Cornelia Ramme

Das Apartment ist wunderbar gelegen, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es sowohl vom Parkplatz als auch innerhalb innerhalb des Hauses unzählige Treppenstufen gibt, die man jedes Mal überwinden muss. Für uns war das kein Problem, es unterstützte sogar unser Fitnessprogramm.Problematisch war allerdings die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit. Dabei handelte es sich nicht um eine mangelhaft ausgeführte Unterhaltsreinigung, sondern um Verschmutzungen, die deutlich älter waren. Eine Grundreinigung würde der Ferienwohnung sehr gut tun.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr unkompliziert. Der Aufstieg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung etwas anstrengend, aber der Ausblick von der Terrasse..... ein Traum. Eine tolle Wohnung in einem sehr alten Haus. So haben wir es uns vorgestellt.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
