The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is spread over 2 levels and is located on the top floor of a 3-family house. It is a quiet and sunny location about 1 km from the lake. In the immediate vicinity are a bar, a church and a restaurant, where the traditional Italian and local cuisine is reinterpreted. Of great recreation value is the nature reserve SS. Trinità just 1 km above. There are many hiking trails, a fitness trail and an idyllic restaurant with a generous outdoor area. The spacious non-smoking apartment has a living space of approx. 95 m² as well as a large, covered terrace of approx. 30 m² and a small balcony of approx. 6 m². From the inside as well as from the outside you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the opposite mountains.
