Our host was a kind, helpful, accommodating host. The layout of the property was perfect for our needs and the location was also in close proximity to where we were spending most of our time each day. If I ever needed to return to this area of VA, I would look for availability of this property. I have stayed here before and was pleased that it was available again when I needed to return.

Joe’s place was everything I would have hoped for as a quiet, clean, comfortable place and perfectly located for the needs of my stay. He was extremely prompt in his reply to any questions I had and was always helpful. I have already rescheduled with him for another stay and if I had to come back to this area for any reason, I would always check on the availability of his VRBO first.
