This two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 10 people. Bedroom 2 can sleep four people. One of the rooms is set up as an office, not in the living room, and features a single bed that can also be used as a double bed. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The accommodation does not offer air conditioning; however, ventilation is good with a skylight and plenty of windows. The property features a charming garden, balcony, and barbecue area for your enjoyment. It is located just a 5-minute drive from São Pedro Beach, 10 minutes from Estoril and its beaches, 20 minutes from Cascais, and 30 minutes from Lisbon. The property is within walking distance of a tennis club, golf course, schools, international schools, and the train station.



Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of four pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 pm. The property has guidelines to help guests with proper waste separation and features energy-saving lighting and heating, as well as an open fire for winter.
