Are you looking for a unique vacation home near the sea? The holiday house "Xiprer" is located on the west coast of Sardinia, about three kilometers from the charming old town of Alghero, nestled in a large olive grove. The vacation home is part of a historic 17th-century Landhouse. It features its own independent entrance and garden, offering guests privacy, freedom, tranquility, and relaxation.
The house is the ideal base for excursions to the town, with its delightful restaurants, cafes, boutiques, as well as to the beautiful white or rocky beaches, and finally to the diverse and culturally rich inland areas of the island.
The characteristic features and original materials of the Landhouse were incorporated during the renovation and complemented by a simple and fresh interior.
The holiday house "Xiprer" is for travelers seeking something special.
In the winter months, additional heating costs of €1.50/ per hour will be charged locally depending on the tenant's personal needs.

A perfect stay !

The house is beautiful ! Well furnished, decorated with a lot of taste. There is all you need ! Hosts are very nice. We recommand firmly. Since it is in the country site ( beautiful and near Alghero city), you need a car.

A Peaceful Oasis

This is a beautiful property. A ancient farm building restored by the architect owner. It is modern and clean inside. Located in a peaceful rural setting but only 5 minutes from Alghero. Owners live next door and are friendly and very helpful

A perfect stay in Alghero

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location and with great hosts. Our family had such a delightful time and would return in a heartbeat. It is located in a peaceful olive grove and just a five-minute drive to bustle of town with its restaurants and shops. The place has everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen. We prepared nice meals and sat outside on the terrace to have dinner under the setting sun. The beds are comfortable and the design impeccable. This place is an absolute gem!

Little paradise near Alghero

Daniela and Gianfranco are the nicest people we have ever met in Italy. Their house is a real paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, ideal even for longer stays. The location is perfect if you want to explore the west coast of the island. There are several supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the center of Alghero is a 15-minute drive away. Within an hour, you can reach the town of Bosa, the Neptune Cave, and La Pelos beach, but there are also many beautiful beaches within 15-20 minutes. We really hope to come back here again.

A perfect holiday

Daniela and Gianfranco’s house was exactly as shown and described. Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet, sehr stilecht eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto sind Alghero, viele tolle Strände und kleine Städtchen an der Küste und im Umland schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Daniela und ihrem Mann begrüßt und haben nützliche Tipps bekommen. Das FH ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, in dem großen Garten hatte unser Hund gemeinsam mit dem Haushund viel Spaß. Wir können es sehr gut empfehlen. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Daniela hat uns herzlich begrüßt und immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet.Für Alghero braucht man ein Auto oder Uber, da es keinen schönen Fußweg gib. Die Strasse ist im Dunkeln nicht beleuchtet.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Alghero

Das mehr als 250 Jahre alte Haus entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung bei fewo-direkt. Für uns war die Lage nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt entfernt optimal. In einer ländlichen Umgebung mit fast völliger Ruhe konnten wir uns bestens erholen.Die beiden Vermieter Daniela und Gianfranco sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Es war immer eine große Freude, wenn wir mit ihnen paludern konnten und dabei tolle Tipps für Ausflüge oder den richtigen Strand oder gute Restaurants bekommen konnten. Ruhig gelegenes Juwel im Olivenhain

Das Haus der Gastgeber Daniela und Gianfranco Ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Es ist alles tiptop sauber, die Betten sind super bequem, es ist ruhig und man schläft hervorragend. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Auch bietet der Garten schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man die Seele baume lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst sypathisch und hilfsbereit, haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen parat.Wir waren rundum glücklich dort zu sein und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
