This cosy, charming 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of the Atlantic building offers 47 m² of space, enough for up to 4 people. It features a tastefully furnished living room and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed—making it ideal for families with children. The open kitchen area creates a cosy atmosphere for spending time together. Start your day with breakfast together on your balcony, breathing in the fresh sea air, just a few metres from the sandy beach at Döser. At the end of the day, thanks to the LCD TV with Blu-ray player and various board and card games, nothing stands in the way of an entertaining evening at home.

Our Atlantic Residence is a multistorey building with one hundred beautiful and cosy holiday apartments, some of which offer a stunning view of the lake. The beach is only about 50 metres away. Cux-Rad bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, and bikes can only be rented in person on-site. Beach chair rentals are available at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair by email or phone. On holidays and Sundays, check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
