Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet viel. Mit den vielen Spiel- und Sportangeboten wird es nicht langweilig. Auch ist es schön grün. Die Häuser sind leider sehr unterschiedlich. Möwe 111 ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt lieblos. Bad und Küche wurden wohl schon überarbeitet, aber dem Mobiliar sieht man das Alter ebenso an wie den schlecht schließenden Türen oder der losen TV-Dose. Darüber täuschen auch ein paar neue Bilder nicht hinweg. Andere Häuser sind dagegen schon vollständig überholt und bieten mehr. Da die Preise aber nur an den Haustyp und nicht an den Zustand angepasst sind, stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier nicht.
