This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was completely remodeled with all brand-new appliances, a full-size kitchen (free coffee), and fresh modern furnishings - beautifully accented by select antique pieces for authentic speakeasy charm.

Prime walkable location: Steps from shops, restaurants, breweries, the bike path, and downtown events.
This is a 2nd-floor unit located above an active brewery. Some noise from the business below (music or other activity) is normal, especially in the evenings. Access is via stairs and a separate entrance. This unit is NOT wheelchair accessible. Use only the designated entrance and stairwell. Do not go into restricted brewery or staff areas. Please stop in and try what the brewery has to offer!

Costumes and props in the unit are for guest use and photos during your stay only. Please enjoy them, take selfies, and put everything back when finished. Items may not be taken or kept.

Please treat the home and the contents with care. Report any damage or issues right away.

Parking is available in our parking lot and on the street. The building is under 24/7 surveillance.

Standard cleaning is already included in the rental price. However, an additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left in a condition that requires heavy cleaning, excessive trash removal, or deep cleaning beyond normal turnover.

Active renovations are currently taking place in the building. Guests should not hear significant noise inside the unit, but construction activity may be visible or audible in common areas.
