This spacious portion of Villa Il Conventino is part of a large country villa in the heart of Chianti Classico, just 20 km from Florence. Furnished in rustic Tuscan style, it offers all modern comforts.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room with a fireplace. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms (one can be arranged with twin beds upon request), each with a private bathroom—two with whirlpool tubs and two with showers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned; air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are not air-conditioned. In the basement, there is a wine cellar and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor spaces include ample parking, a panoramic porch, wood-fired oven, fenced garden, infinity pool with whirlpool (open from May 1 to September 30), small gym, and gazebo for massages and fitness activities (available by reservation and for an extra fee). These areas may be shared with adjacent units when fully booked. Access is via double remote-controlled gates.
IMPORTANT: Pool service may be shared, as other units are present within the same enclosure.
