The new holiday rental is located on the top floor of an approximately 150-year-old farmhouse that was lovingly renovated in 2017 to the latest standards, in a small, quiet hamlet surrounded by beautiful nature in the historic Chiemgau region. Lake Chiemsee, which you can see from our property, is about 400 metres away as the crow flies. There, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent view at the lake’s private beach. You’ll have a wonderful view of the Alps, with the Kampenwand as the most striking peak, just about a 25-minute drive away. Various restaurants and inns are located within a few kilometres. Our farm is right next to various biking and hiking trails, so you can set out right away. A free parking space right next to the house is available for you. It’s only about a 5-minute drive to the Seebruck town centre.
The new holiday rental, completed in 2019, is located in the attic of an approximately 150-year-old farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2017 to the latest standards. A separate entrance through the central stairwell leads directly into the entryway of the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, which features a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a TV that can be converted into a sleeper sofa if needed, in addition to the separate bedroom with a double bed. The comfortable bathroom with a shower is directly adjacent to the entryway. In many places, the modern renovation has been elegantly combined with the original features of the old building. From the adjoining balcony, you have a magnificent view of Lake Chiemsee, the Alps, and the beautiful natural surroundings that extend right up to our farm.
