What we love most about our neighborhood is the wide-open country scenery. Green pastures, grazing horses and livestock, beautiful sunsets over the surrounding farmland, and big open skies make it feel peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle. In the evenings, the countryside gets wonderfully quiet and the stars come out. It’s rural and relaxing, yet we’re still just minutes from town and an easy drive to Chico and other nearby attractions.
