Meeresblick Schöne Aussicht House 2 WE 22

Ocean View – “Schöne Aussicht”

Great holiday rental “Schöne Aussicht” for four, with an unparalleled view of the white sandy beach and the beautiful Baltic Sea. Furnished to a very high standard, exceptionally bright, and modernly equipped, you can enjoy your holiday here to the fullest from the very first minute!

A holiday rental could hardly be in a better location. The beach promenade runs right in front of the house, perfect for a wonderfully relaxing stroll. Just a few metres behind it lies the white sandy beach of Hohwacht, so the Baltic Sea isn’t just visible from the apartment—it literally begins right at your doorstep. Nothing stands in the way of long walks on the beach here.

But it’s not just the sea that makes the location of “Schöne Aussicht” so unique. The centre of Hohwacht, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and stores for everyday needs, is also just a short walk away.
Just about a five-minute drive away, the Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club offers golfers—and anyone who wants to become one—excellent conditions to pursue their passion.

The bright living room of the “Schöne Aussicht” holiday apartment features a large window wall, beyond which the apartment’s beautiful balcony extends. Right in front of it is a cosy sofa and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. A large TV provides entertainment when desired. An electric fireplace adds extra cosiness in the evening.

Also integrated into the living room, the open kitchen with a cooking island creates a modern floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample counter space for preparing more elaborate meals while on holiday.
In addition to an induction cooktop and oven, its amenities include a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a coffee and espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a convenient dishwasher. Of course, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided. Wi-Fi is available, and a beach chair awaits you right on the beach.

Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with an en suite shower room, a Ruf box-spring bed, and a TV.

The showers are walk-in and can be closed off with a glass door. Light-colored tiles give the space a modern feel. Ceiling spotlights, a vanity with a large mirror, and a hair dryer are provided, as is a towel warmer.

A sauna rounds out the amenities.

The apartment’s beautiful balcony is accessible directly from the living room. Here, you can't only enjoy the view of the lake—sometimes calm, sometimes choppy—but also a fantastic panoramic view. Thanks to its location, the outdoor area offers sunshine just in time for breakfast, which lasts throughout the day.
Of course, balcony furniture is provided, making it especially comfortable to spend time outdoors.

The “Meeresblick” building has an lift, making it easy to reach the apartment. A private parking space is also among the amenities of the property.
