Modern, cosy chalet "Firewater-Hütte", 2 storeys. In the district of Kliening, in a sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: natural state property. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna (all included), sun terrace, washing machine. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 14.8 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 m. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Living/dining room with 2 folding beds, dining nook, cable TV, international TV channels and gas heater. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with electric heating. Bath/shower, Sauna. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous distant view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
