This farmhouse, beautifully renovated in 2022/2023, invites you to enjoy a holiday in a stunning landscape and cosy, modern accommodation, spread across 140 square metres and three floors, complete with a courtyard and garden.
The property features a private parking space with a Wallbox. Next to the house, you’ll find the garden as well as a lockable bike storage area in the shed.
The house is located in Rittersheim, a small community with about 200 residents. It is just three km from the county seat of Kirchheimbolanden, with its many shopping options and Baroque old town. The Donnersberg—the highest mountain in the Palatinate, offering numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes—is a 15-minute drive away.
We’ll give you the Pfalzcard as a free welcome gift. With it, you can enjoy over 130 recreational activities as well as public transport throughout the Palatinate for free.

The farmhouse, which was completely renovated in 2023, has three floors that are entirely at your disposal.
The ground floor, equipped with radiant floor heating, offers a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, as well as the living room and a bathroom, which also contains a washing machine and dryer.
A steep staircase leads to the sleeping area, which features fully restored wooden floorboards. . The large bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and offers a view of the old village houses from every window. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. All beds are at a comfortable height. In addition to the beds, the bedrooms offer ample closet space for storing your luggage, and the master bedroom also features a desk. The bright and modern bathroom with a window that lets in natural light is also located on the ground floor.
Another staircase leads to the converted attic studio, which features exposed ceiling beams and cosy seating that invites you to relax.



On-site costs: The rental price for Holiday Home 1820 (including VAT) is: 250.00 EUR for the first night, 180.00 EUR for each additional night. There are no additional costs for final cleaning. The tenant is responsible for electricity costs. Heating and hot water in Holiday Home 1820 are provided by a heat pump with the highest efficiency rating. A wallbox is also available for tenants’ use. Electricity costs are calculated upon departure and are due on site. Electricity consumption is charged at 0.35 EUR per kWh.
