Comfortable villa, 2 storeys, built in 2024. 2 km from the centre of Alassio, 4 km from the centre of Laigueglia, 14 km from the centre of Cervo, in a secluded, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) lawn and wildlife garden. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Muretto Alassio 4 km, Villa Pergola 3 km, Aquapark le Caravelle 15 m. Please note: car recommended.
