**The home is strictly non-smoking indoors.** Guests who smoke are welcome to do so **only in the designated outdoor patio area**. We kindly ask that all cigarette waste be disposed of properly to help us keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone.

A few helpful details before booking: This is a privately owned home, not a hotel or large corporation, and we put a great deal of personal care into preparing the property for every guest. We kindly ask guests to book with realistic expectations and to treat the home with the same respect they would expect for their own.

The grill is available based on availability and is located in the pool area for guest use.

The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor patio area.

A starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper and paper towels is provided for your arrival. Additional supplies needed during the stay are the guest’s responsibility.

The air mattress is located on the top shelf of the master bedroom closet—the one with the king-size bed—and is clearly marked.
