BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH PANORAMIC VIEW

A spacious and comfortable home. It offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the Barra do Sahy River. It is located about 250 metres from Barra do Sahy Beach and has a total floor area of 330 metres. The house has five bedrooms, four of which are en suite, all equipped with built-in closets, as well as a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a fireplace, a balcony, a pool, a gourmet kitchen area, and a barbecue grill.
The house is located in an environmentally protected area; cars cannot reach the house itself and must be parked at the end of Rua Maria Caetana, from where it is a 300-meter walk to the house. The caretaker will carry your luggage. This property is not recommended for those with mobility issues, as there is a slope and stairs to reach the house.

Adorei a minha estadia

Eu e minha família, tivemos uma ótima estadia. O Claudio é ótimo anfitrião e nos passou todos os detalhes para uma estadia muito confortável. A vista da praia é maravilhosa e assim que possível espero me hospedar novamente. Uma dica, o passeio de barco da praia até a ilha é imperdível.
