About this property

Le Mirador – Stunning Views of La Roque-Gageac and the Dordogne – Two Private Balconies

"Le Mirador" lives up to its name, offering breathtaking views of La Roque-Gageac and the Dordogne from its two terraces. If you love relaxing and admiring the scenery, you’ll find a true haven of peace within these 200-year-old stone walls overlooking the river.

This traditional, comfortable house is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of the Périgord Noir. With two bedrooms, a welcoming living area, and authentic charm, it’s a peaceful retreat.

The stone house boasts magnificent views of the Dordogne. There are two bedrooms with views: one on the ground floor with a king-size bed and private bathroom with WC; the other upstairs with a king-size bed, a single bed, and private bathroom with WC.

Upstairs, you’ll find a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the river and the picturesque village of La Roque-Gageac, just a short walk away. Only 12 km from Sarlat, you can explore many attractions such as the castles of Castelnaud and Beynac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, or prehistoric caves like the Grotte de Domme.

The house also features a small, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with access to the balcony—perfect for breakfast or morning coffee overlooking the river.

Wi-Fi is not available. 5G mobile coverage is available for most providers.
