Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Mit dem stadtwald gegenüber für Hundebesitzer ideal. Sart durch den Wald zurück am Strand, perfekt Als wir angekommen sind hat es im Badezimmer gestunken als ob ein totes Tier irgendwo liegt. Erst nachdem die Lüftung ca 12 Stunden an war hat es nachgelassen. Was ich als Hundebesitzer gut finde, ist der Staubsauger, der super funktioniert und die anderen Reinigungsmittel um alles sauber zu halten. Daumen hoch dafür!!

Wohnung ist in einer tollen Lage! Nicht weit zur Promenade! Fellknoll hat es auch sehr gut gefallen!, Gegenüber des Objekts grenzt gleich das Waldstück! Hier kann man wundervoll laufen! Wir hatten wundervolle 9 Tage hier in der Villa Köthe! Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder & haben auch schon wieder gebucht!

Sehr schönes gemütliches Apartment mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, Betten waren bequem. Zur Shopping Zone ist es nicht weit und zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemachten ( Heiligendamm, Warnemünde Rerik usw )
