Haus Ostseewelle WE 4: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This quiet, ground-floor 2-room apartment (approx. 39 m²), located very close to the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a small dining table with 3 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, ground-level balcony (facing south and the forest) with balcony furniture—here you can relax comfortably surrounded by nature and enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good bottle of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, and is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The modern and spacious bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located on the 1st floor of the building and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks right next to the entrance to the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
