This spacious 5-room holiday apartment, measuring 135 m², is located on the 3rd floor of the Hotel Adler in Immenstaad and can accommodate up to 8 people. Nestled in the heart of the village of Immenstaad, the apartment is situated near the historic town hall and market square. From your holiday apartment, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the promenade right on Lake Constance. Here you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafes, a mini-golf course, free swimming spots, as well as an outdoor beach and an indoor pool. Immenstaad is a beautiful little village right on Lake Constance between Überlingen and Friedrichshafen, near Meersburg. It offers a large bike rental service as well as a direct bike path along the lake towards Überlingen and Friedrichshafen. Historic cities such as Überlingen, Ravensburg, and Konstanz, as well as Mainau Island, are easily accessible by bus and boat.

The holiday rental impresses with its size and number of rooms. Large windows, a spacious kitchen, 1 balcony, and 1 south-facing rooftop terrace give the apartment its sophisticated comfort. You’ll enter a spacious, large hallway equipped with a coat rack, a large full-length mirror, and seating. Adjacent to the hallway on the right is the large, fully equipped kitchen. It includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, as well as a filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. From the kitchen, you enter the first small bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be separated to create two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. At the back of the holiday rental, facing east, are the second and third bedrooms. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have access to their own balcony. In the middle of the hallway is the separate bathroom with a sink and mirror. Right next door is the bathroom, which has been preserved in its original style and features a large window, a shower, a bathtub, two sinks, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. Directly to the left of the hallway, across from the first bedroom, is the heart of the holiday rental: a light-filled living room with a circular window wall invites you to relax. Right by the window wall is a large dining table that seats 8 people. Two sofa beds (90x200 cm) and armchairs provide comfortable seating for the whole family. The large smart TV has everything you need to enjoy a good film together. Through the living room, facing south, is the fourth bedroom with direct access to the rooftop terrace. This spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be separated to create two single beds, each measuring 90x200 cm. A highlight of this comfortable holiday rental is the approximately 30 m² rooftop terrace with a partial lake view. Access is available either through the fourth bedroom or via the stairwell. The rooftop terrace can also be shared with the upper holiday rental, “Immenstaad 2.” The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, a lounging area, umbrellas, and much more. You can even play small ball games on the terrace, high above the rooftops of Immenstaad, and enjoy the sun from morning until night.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
