Surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, this traditional Lake Constance country house was newly built in 2022 with great attention to detail as a semi-detached home with a guest apartment.

Spanning 133 square metres, you’ll find light-filled, individually furnished rooms full of charm and warmth that accommodate 4–6 people; on request, the apartment can also accommodate up to 8 people.
Your spacious accommodation is laid out like a classic single-family home: on the ground floor, you’ll find a large, modern, and cosy living-dining area with an open kitchen and access to the large south-facing balcony. Also on the ground floor is a cheerful children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, three romantic yet spacious bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom with a bathtub invite you to unwind and relax. The two south-facing rooms open onto the second large south-facing balcony. From here, you can wind down in the evening after eventful days with a boundless view of the lake and mountains.

The apartment includes two parking spaces directly in front of the building’s entrance. The garden is perfect for relaxing or playing. There’s also plenty of space to play on the play street in front of the house.

Upon arrival, you’ll find amenities such as freshly made beds, folded hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies.
Children’s equipment can be booked upon request. The children’s equipment includes a cot, high chair, changing table, potty, and a toilet seat reducer.
You can check in and out 7 days a week. Thanks to the key safe provided, late arrivals are no problem. Final cleaning is included. The visitor’s tax is charged separately and remitted to the municipality.

The house is located on the outskirts of Hege, a district of the cosy lakeside resort town of Wasserburg on Lake Constance. Shopping options (farm stand, EDEKA, bakery, butcher), a bus stop, train station, doctors, and a hair salon are located between 150 metres and 1.5 kilometres away—all very close by.

There are numerous restaurants and a museum within walking distance. A wide variety of holiday activities on land and water are right on your doorstep or can be reached in just a short distance. From the house, you’re just 50 m from the Li 16, allowing you to quickly travel even longer distances.
