Die einzige Einschränkung ist, dass die Wohnung durch die relativ schmale und steile Treppe im Eingangsbereich und durch die vielen Treppen innerhalb der Wohnung nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet ist.

Eine sehr schöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Etwas weiter entfernt vom Strand, dafür nah am Bahnhof und am Wattenmeer. Sehr ruhig gelegen, den Zug bekommt man nur mit, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
