Built using local wood and stone, the house reflects a deep connection to the region. Both the owners and the local management grew up in Brand and know the valley by heart. This authenticity shapes the atmosphere of Brandnerhus – calm, honest and welcoming.



Amenities

This modern yet cozy alpine-style apartment offers space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends.

It features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two shower bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and end the day around the dining table.

From the balcony, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama – perfect for peaceful mornings or relaxed evenings. The comfortable seating area is ideal for reading, resting or simply enjoying the quiet.

The wellness area on the ground floor is a special highlight. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath offer relaxation after active days. A bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh, untreated Brandner spring water complete the experience. Massages are available on request.

A ski and outdoor drying room with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bike storage room, are available for guests.



Special features

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.



Location

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, guests enjoy hiking trails, alpine peaks, golf, riding, swimming lake, climbing park, bike park, alpine huts and the protected Lünersee. Winter offers a family-friendly ski area, cross-country trails, sled runs and winter hiking paths. Spring and late autumn stand for peace and relaxation.

Located just a few steps from the Palüdbahn valley station, Brandnerhus is an ideal base for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts.

Nice place

We had a great stay at this Ferienwohnung. The facility is in great condition and seems to be rather new. The beds were very comfortable and we were glad that each couple had their own bathroom. The porch was a great place to spend outside and overlook the scenery. If we had stayed longer we would have used the spa. The kitchen was well stocked, but I would suggest providing dish soap in addition to the dishwasher tablets, as some things are better washed by hand.

Sehr gut gelegene moderne Ferienwohnungen mit viel Platz und Wellness

+ Wellnessbereich hat alles was man braucht + grosse Ferienwohnungen + Skiraum im Hotelstandard + direkt am Skilift (Skiliftpreise nicht Familienfreundlich!!) 1) Hinweis auf PKW- Ladestationen direkt am Haus wären super gewesen 2) die Abflüsse im Wellness öfter prüfen, es sammelt sich überall viel Wasser. Ein dort platzierter Abzieher könnte auch helfen.

ruhige Lage, SPA-Bereich, großzügiger Balkon Bei uns gab es teilweise technische Probleme (Buchung über homepage funktionierte nicht, wurde dann nach Rückfrage per E-Mail manuell eingebucht automatische E-Mail mit Zugangscode und Anreiseinfos ging nicht raus). Das war aber nicht schlimm, da es 24h/7d eine Tel.Nr. gibt, bei der einem sofort und sehr freundlich geholfen wird. Sonst war alles super!

Dit appartement in het Brandnerhus is zoals een appartement behoort te zijn. Ruim, netjes, schoon, luxe met 2 badkamers, compleet, goed functionerende keuken, leuke aankleding. En dan de ligging, fenomenaal, met als hoogtepunt het uitzicht vanaf het balkon 🤩 Dat eventueel ook de lakens van het bed verschoond worden en niet alleen de overtrekken van het kussen en dekbed.

Super schöne Unterkunft. Tolle Ausstattung und Aussicht. Mit Sauna am Abend und der Tag war perfekt. Ski in & Out bzw top Lage zum Wandern. Parkplatz vor dem Haus! Zu den lokalen Geschäften ist es etwas entfernt.
